Vegan Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Flour All Purpose
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree Canned
  • 1/2 cup Raw Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Applesauce Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mix applesauce and baking powder in a small bowl until it turns frothy.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Spray non-stick coconut oil cooking spray on a loaf pan and spoon in mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes and let cool.
  • Enjoy!
